Well ….the winter is officially here.
For us it realy sucks.Everything happens at once in Santorini…One time it is full of people and then after a few months it is over again…
This winter the Enigma club will stay open on Fridays and Saturdays as well as 33club and maybe Mammounia club….but again with the some people like every year.
For as locals the only way out is leaving as well…..
Athens is the hot spot of the winter and after that Thessaloniki of course.
We are allready planing where to go.
Santorini is a great island but you need to get away for at least 2 months to breathe………
A few weeks to go and I am out of here…

I’m planning on visiting santorinin in December beginning this year… tell me about the weather that I can except there and if the resturants will be open will thee be only movement threr or jus a lull…??? Advise.

December in Santorini is a very slow period.Most of the restaurants are closed as well as most of the hotels.I know Dana Villas is open all year in Firostefani…(look it up in Google for directions).
About the restaurants :
1.Pelekan Cafe *Avliis open in the main town of Santorini Fira.Easy to find ,just next to the Pelican Hotel.Good food a great wine list and very low prices.
2.Kallisti Restaurant in Pyrgos is open too.In the square of the village just a few steps away.Traditional greek cuisine.
3.Il Panino.Near Karterados.Fresh hambugers and daily cooked food.Ask Antonis what the special is today…
4.Geusis Elladas.Next to Il Pannino with traditional greek cuisine just opened.Nice service and good people.
5.Critikos.Is a BBQ restaurant on the other side of the road near Karterados.Have a steak.
For night life … Enigma is open Fridays and Saturdays as well as Mamounia and Casablanca.Every night you can have a drink in Bounjour at the main square.
